Justin Rose made his debut at the young age of 12 in the Little League World Series. From sales development to field training and support, he’s driven by helping distributors reach their potential—a philosophy that usually involves one-on-one support and spending time in the field creating the type of incentives and promotions that drive growth. In short, he’s the exact leader sales teams want on their side. Justin received a B.A. in International Relations, Business Management from Brigham Young University.

As a professional biohacker, Ryan Goodwin aims big. Always has. That’s why he’s actively working to live at least 180 years old (or die trying). With more than 30 years of operations and leadership experience, he brings supply-chain expertise and extensive relationships with manufacturers and suppliers to LifeVantage where he’s responsible for enhancing operations, expanding sourcing and manufacturing resources, and making LifeVantage more efficient and valuable as our Chief Operations Officer.
Chuck’s ability to manage and maximize operations across a variety of supplement, direct selling, and online retail organizations is unparalleled. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain Executive for Bodybuilding.com, Inc., a global internet specialty retailer. Before that, he worked as the Director of Global Supply Chain, Materials Management for Nature’s Sunshine Products, Inc. and fulfilled several operational roles for Nestle-Perrier Group of America Inc., H.J. Heinz Co., and Frito Lay, Inc. Chuck received his Master of Business Administration degree from Utah State University and his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Brigham Young University.

A veteran of the health and wellness industry, Kevin brings over 25 years of legal expertise to LifeVantage where he will be responsible for leading the legal department and serving as counsel to the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining LifeVantage, Kevin served as Assistant General Counsel at USANA Health Sciences since 2004. While at USANA, he helped implement its first distributor compliance program while playing an integral role in the company’s expansion into new international markets.
Kevin also served as Associate General Counsel for Unicity International and Assistant General Counsel for Shaklee Corporation. He received his J.D. from Creighton University and a Master of Laws Degree from the University of the Pacific.
Num’s life and career are both defined by opportunity. After growing up as a poor farmer, she’s made the most out of the opportunities she was given—and now she’s helping thousands of others do the same. Num spent 17 years working in public relations and event departments for international organizations before joining LifeVantage where she’s responsible for executing our strategic goals and brand vision within Thailand. That includes working closely with distributors to help them grow their businesses and help them reach their goals. It’s the one-on-one aspect of her job, and helping others achieve wealth through wellness that gets Num excited about going to work everyday.
